Wicca Spells are similar to prayer, and our rituals are similar to that of other religions, as they all involve some kind of ritual or another. I personally have tried many of them and have found that I get Real results
that I can trust with spells and rituals in Wicca.
A Spell actually begins as you start to gather the items needed to carry it out. Spell work should be taken very seriously, as it is serious business and if its energy is not properly directed, can end in disaster or opposite of your intended result.
Please take your time in learning, and read, read, read! Study everything you can find about Spells and remember practice makes perfect!

Wicca Spells contain many forms of symbolism, such as the use of crystals, herbs, incense, candles and sometimes Tarot Cards, or what ever is needed or requested to fulfill the need of the spell.
The most important part of a Wicca Spell is your Intent. The power after all comes from within you ! Incantations are also used. These are usually done in rhyme, and it is believed that rhyme is more powerful than simply making a statement ! It all starts with a Thought
